Well hello there.

Hi, I’m Maureen. I’m a Recovery Coach, Group Leader, Training Facilitator, and Course Instructor, and I’m passionate about helping people build lives they love without alcohol. I believe every person is the expert of their own experience, and I’m here to offer guidance, support, and accountability along the way.

At The Lighthouse Recovery Services, I work with individuals and families at every stage of recovery, lead groups, and facilitate trainings that empower clients and fellow recovery professionals. I also lead online sobriety meetings and courses through The Luckiest Club, creating judgment-free spaces for honest conversation and shared experience.

Through Maureen J. Anderson Coaching, I work closely with women to help them step into empowered, alcohol-free living. Using the 8 Dimensions of Wellness framework, I help clients build clarity, confidence, and actionable steps for lasting change.

I hold these credentials: CT Certified Peer Support and Recovery Professional and CCAR Designated Recovery Coach Professional Facilitator.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of four who loves racquet sports, reading, youth hockey and golf tournaments, and long walks on the beach with my dog.
