"No, thank you!" is a 30-day guided practice for the sober curious + sober serious. Sobriety is more than just removing alcohol. It's creating habits and routines that support the nervous system and make life comfortable. You can say "no, thank you!" to hangovers + regret and start living a sober lifestyle with: - habits + routines added into your days. - connections with others. - self-exploration, discovery + discipline. ➡ You'll discover, name, + document WHY you're choosing to quit drinking. ➡You'll develop a spiritual practice to help develop meaning, purpose + connection in your life. ➡You'll learn somatic (soma = body) practices to move your nervous system into a "ventral vagal" (safe, social + engaged) state, so you'll be less likely to reach for that glass of wine at the end of the day. ➡You'll press on the "pain side" of the pleasure/pain scale in our brains ( by getting uncomfortable with a healthy practice) to set your balance to the side of pleasure. Each week we'll add a new practice leading to a healthy routine that will support a sober lifestyle!
